The Price Control Unit

The Price Control Unit administers the Price Control Act 1982.

It is the Unit responsible for placing restrictions on price controlled commodities and provides advice to the Minister of Commerce, Industry, Labour and Immigration (MCILI) through its Price Advisory Committee.

The Unit is responsible for the following functions of the Division:

• Price Control 
• Information Services.
